This single asset QOZ fund is the restarting of one of the richest California mining districts. The mine contains vast silver and zinc deposits in addition to 9 critical minerals. Existing tunnels allow operations to restart within six months. $12+ million raised to date. Operations are expected to commence in Q1 2022.

North Country Growers OZ Fund

This QOZ Fund will build two 10-acre sized greenhouses in Berlin, NH which will produce over 10 million lbs. of produce annually for the New England region. The facility will use proven technology that enables cheaper per pound growing cost when compared to other vertical grow houses. The Berlin, NH climate is optimal for indoor growing.

Brockton Multi-Family

This QOZ will be a 120-unit multi-family project which will include 150 parking spaces in Downtown Brockton. Variance approved from the Zoning Board and property will be closed on in early 2023. Construction is expected to begin in the Fall of 2023. Centrally located near the commuter rail station to Boston. Fund raising for this project will commence in January of 2023.

Emerald Studio

Emerald Studio Qualified Opportunity Zone (OZ) Fund LLC represents the first full-service film & television production company in Massachusetts. Taking advantage of the major shift towards streaming media content, Emerald Studio will capitalize on meeting the increased demand of these production efforts gravitating towards states that offer the most competitive incentive programs.

This QOF will consist of 171 luxury apartment units at 100% market rate, 99 garage parking spaces, and 16,000 SF of commercial space – 8,700 SF of which will be occupied by American Flatbread which will include a bowling alley. The Project will feature state-of-the-art resident
amenities including a 3rd floor deck, 7th floor deck, and roof deck offering an
unmatched view into the newly built Polar Park.
