This single asset Multi-Family QOZ Fund presents the opportunity to invest in an irreplaceable site located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone at the heart of the City’s vibrant downtown. In addition
to the large amount of investment into the abutting ballpark, future residents will be a short walk from some of the best breweries in the region, restaurants,
cafes, and entertainment venues, including the 15,000-seat DCU Center. With proximity to I-290, the Mass Pike and Union Station, The Cove will offer easy access to the area’s strong employment base. Worcester is home to 10 universities with over 36,000 students, world-class hospitals including Saint Vincent Hospital
and UMass Memorial, and has also become a hub for the life science industry with over 60 biotech companies in the area.
The Cove will consist of 71 studio, 87 one-bedroom, and 13 two-bedroom units
to accommodate its residents. Approximately 65% of the units will have stadium view. On-site amenities will feature ground-floor retail and restaurant space, a
patio, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a yoga studio, fire pits, lounge area, 7th floor roof deck with a bar/restaurant, and a 3rd floor amenity deck with a brewery
overlooking the stadium. Construction will commence in 2022 and continue over a 24-month period, with anticipated delivery in 2024 and stabilization in 2025.
