Fund Overview

This QOZ Fund will eventually be a 120-unit multi-family project which will include 150 parking spaces in Downtown Brockton. Variance approved from the Zoning Board and property will be closed on in early 2023. Construction is expected to begin in the Fall of 2023. Centrally located near the commuter rail station to Boston. Fund raising for this project will commence in January of 2023.
