NCG Close to Equity Funding Goal for 10 Acre Greenhouse

North Country Growers (NCG) is near completion with their first $12.5 million equity raise for a 10-acre greenhouse to be built in the optimal climate zone in Berlin, NH. NCG has begun building the greenhouse foundations and sidewalls and will have these completed before winter. There are only 15 units left as part of the equity raise ($62,500 per unit) and the first fund will close at this time. Investors ten-year holding period will commence at this time as well for the OZ tax benefits.
