The Nexus I OZ Fund operates a facility in Hazleton, PA which produces green, clean and energy efficient building panels. The Nexus solution decreases build time, reduces operating cost, is highly resistant to water, mold and mildew and is fire resistant. Some initial highlights of the Fund include:

• EBITDA positive Operating Business

• Has a large pipeline of signed contracts for 2023 and beyond with national accounts

• Expects to begin capital distributions in 2023

• Large potential for expansion in single and multi-family housing market
